President
With decades of elevator industry experience across Schindler, Otis, and his family’s own elevator company, Wayne brings unmatched technical and leadership expertise to Eletech. His career spans every major service discipline—maintenance, repair, modernization, sales, and field supervision.
Born and raised in Central Florida and now a longtime resident of Northeast Florida, Wayne brings a lifetime of industry experience and a customer-first philosophy shaped by both family tradition and corporate leadership. He entered the elevator world as a teenager in his father’s elevator company, gaining hands-on knowledge that formed the foundation of his career.
Wayne went on to spend a decade with Schindler Elevator, holding roles in service sales, new equipment, modernization, and field supervision. He followed that with nine years at Otis Elevator in modernization sales, regional sales management, and construction & modernization supervision. This combination of technical, operational, and leadership roles gives him a uniquely comprehensive view of what customers truly need.
With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, Wayne blends practical field expertise with strategic insight. His approach is centered on respect, clear communication, and tailored solutions—never a one-size-fits-all model. Known for his ability to think outside the box and explain complex issues in plain language, Wayne ensures that every customer feels informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

Ryan Schumacher
Elevator Solutions Manager
Ryan brings deep, hands-on experience managing complex elevator repairs and modernization projects, helping building owners make informed decisions with confidence. His technical background and steady communication style make him a trusted partner throughout the lifecycle of an elevator system.
Raised in the Jacksonville area and a graduate of Florida State University, Ryan built his elevator industry expertise with both Otis Elevator and KONE, where he worked across modernization, service, major repair, and project management roles. This experience gave him a deep understanding of how elevators are best designed, upgraded, and maintained, and where challenges most often arise for building owners and property managers.
At Eletech, Ryan works closely with customers to evaluate existing equipment, identify practical custom solutions, and coordinate repair or modernization efforts that align with both operational needs and long-term goals. He is known for clear explanations, responsive follow-through, and an ability to translate technical details into actionable next steps.
Ryan approaches every project with integrity, transparency, and respect for the customer’s priorities. His focus is to provide clear guidance, respond promptly, and ensure each solution is the right fit, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.

Sarah has firsthand knowledge of the regional service area and customer expectations. Prior to joining Eletech, she held key client-facing roles with Otis Elevator Company and in logistics and account coordination, where she focused on operational support, service continuity, and building long-term customer satisfaction.
At Eletech, Sarah serves as a central point of coordination between customers, field teams, and service operations. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to supporting customers with timely, clear communication.

After spending three decades growing within a single organization, from Purchasing Assistant to Director of Category Management, Troy built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and exceptional follow-through.
