Born and raised in central Florida, Wayne has lived his entire life in Florida with the last fifteen years in Northern Florida. Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in international business as well as a master’s in business administration. Wayne’s roots started in the elevator business as a young teenager working at his father’s elevator company. The family business experience built a strong foundation that expedited Wayne development. Wayne then spent 10 years working with Schindler Elevator where he held positions of increasing responsibility - service sales, new equipment sales, modernization sales, & field superintendent. Wayne followed this with 9 years at Otis Elevator - modernization sales, regional sales manager, and construction & modernization supervisor. His diverse work experience has provided great insight how customers should be treated and on how to run an elevator company. Wayne prides himself on treating customers with respect, providing clear communication, and ensuring customers are empowered with knowledge. Decades of technical experience ensures customers are provided with unique out-of-the-box solutions for their elevator needs. There is no one size fits all methodology in Wayne’s approach. He always takes time with each customer to fully understand their needs and pairs it with the best solution. Wayne focuses on clear communication & quality workmanship is unwavering, and Eletech Elevator is a testament to how all elevator companies should be run.

Born and raised in Indiana. Bob attended Indiana University and obtained a bachelor's degree in business. During college and after graduating, Bob worked for Otis Elevator Company for the next 27 years. He started in the purchasing department on the factory floor and quickly went on to local office operations where he sold service, repair, modernization, and new equipment. A decorated sales professional in all aspects of the business, Bob also excelled in general management, regional sales management, and regional business management roles. Bob is known for his technical expertise, passion, and customer first mindset. The foundation of his career has always been on educating and helping customers make informed decisions. He is a natural-born problem solver, leader, mentor, coach, and customer advocate. His philosophy of success is to think proactively, learn from mistakes, keep open mind, embrace change, sustain positive mindset, and maintain high work ethic and standards.
